Welcome to my website! I am Camila Angulo (pronouns: she/her/ella). I am an Assistant Professor in Political Science at Indiana University Northwest. Before joining IUN, I served as Lecturer in the M.S. in Data Analytics and Policy program at Johns Hopkins University and as Assistant Professor in Political Science at the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE, Mexico City).
I received my Ph.D. degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. My research interests include political economy of development, criminal governance, violence, and public opinion. My work has been published in academic journals such as World Development, the Journal of Politics in Latin America, Governance, the Wisconsin Law Review, and Colombia Internacional.
